Eligibility Criteria

Head PMO / Project Director (PPS-10 / BPS-20)

• Qualification: B.Sc. Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree with specialization in Water Engineering & Management, Water Resources Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, or Hydraulics Engineering from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Over 17 years experience in design, planning, construction, operation, monitoring, and management of Hydraulic Engineering projects on rivers, large canals, and barrages after B.Sc. Civil Engineering. Must be registered with PEC as Professional Engineer.

Director Technical / BPO (PPS-09 / BPS-19)

• Qualification: B.Sc. Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree with specialization in Water Engineering & Management, Water Resources Engineering, Irrigation Engineering, or Hydraulics Engineering.
• Experience: At least 12 years experience in planning, design, construction supervision, monitoring, and management of engineering projects on canals, rivers, and barrages after B.Sc. Civil Engineering. PEC registration required.

Director (Procurement & Contract Administration) (PPS-09 / BPS-19)

• Qualification: B.Sc. Civil Engineering and M.Sc. Engineering with subjects in Project Management, Procurement / Contract Management, or Construction Management.
• Experience: At least 12 years overall professional experience after B.Sc. Civil Engineering. Must have experience in preparing procurement documents, PQ documents, bid documents, and managing civil engineering projects. PEC registration required.

Deputy Director (Hydraulics-I & Structures) (PPS-08 / BPS-18)
