PhD: Must hold a PhD in the relevant subject from an HEC-recognized institute.
Experience: 10 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized university or 5 years of post-PhD experience.
Publications: At least 10 research publications in HEC-recognized journals, with 4 publications within the last 5 years.

For Assistant Professors:

PhD: Relevant PhD degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
Professional Bodies: For Engineering or Veterinary disciplines, a valid registration with PEC or PVMC is mandatory.
Publications: For specific disciplines, research papers must be indexed in JCR, Scopus (SCIE, SSCI, AHCI), or follow the HJRS policy.

For Lecturers:

Academic Level: MS/M.Phil (First Division) or equivalent in the relevant subject.
No Third Division: A candidate must not have a third division in their entire academic career; however, a PhD holder with one third division in the career (but not in the terminal degree) remains eligible.
