1. Educational Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the following areas is mandatory:

  • Social Development

  • Relevant Social Sector roles.

• Preferred Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in disability inclusion, human rights advocacy, managing complex projects, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

3. Age Limit

• The maximum age limit for this position is 50 years.

• Contract Basis: The appointment will be made on a contract basis initially for a period of one year.

• Extension: The contract may be extended further based on rules, policy, and recruitment needs.
