The following three major categories of professional staff are required for the project:
1. Program Manager – Events & Trainings (PPS-09)
- No. of Positions: 01
- Qualification: Master’s degree (minimum 2nd class) in Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8–10 years of professional experience, including at least 05 years in managing trainings, workshops, or public events (Government/UN experience is desirable).
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years.
2. Manager Admin & Accounts (PPS-08)
- No. of Positions: 01
- Qualification: Master’s degree (minimum 2nd class) in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CA, ACCA) are an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in finance and administration. Experience in PSDP or Government sectors is preferred.
- Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.
3. Research Associate (PPS-08)
- No. of Positions: 02
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in research, policy analysis, or development projects.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.
